Count three things: how many leads came in, what each one cost, and where each one came from. Results live in numbers a platform can verify, not in adjectives. Ask your agency for the analytics view, not a summary of it. Every AETHR client can log in and count all three at any time.
What should a marketing agency report each month?+
Leads by source, cost per lead, spend by channel, how the content performed, and what changes next month because of those numbers. If a report cannot connect spend to enquiries, it is a scrapbook.
